Welcome to The Patriarchs Huddle. These Terms of Use apply to your access to The Patriarchs Huddle, including our Church Portal, online community, training materials, videos, resources, events, and related services.

By creating an account or participating in The Patriarchs Huddle, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Purpose

The Patriarchs Huddle is a Christian ministry designed to encourage, equip, and connect men, particularly fathers and grandfathers, in Christian faith, discipleship, family relationships, leadership, and ministry.

Our resources are provided for educational, spiritual-development, and community purposes.

2. Membership Access

Access may be provided through an individual membership or through a participating church or organization.

If your membership is provided through a church license, your access may depend upon that church maintaining an active license and assigning you an available membership seat.

Your membership is for your personal use. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide your account credentials to another person.

3. Community Standards

The Patriarchs Huddle is intended to be a respectful Christian community.

Members agree to interact respectfully and not use the community to harass others, distribute unlawful or inappropriate material, promote unrelated commercial products or services, impersonate another person, or interfere with the community or its technology.

We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, its members, or the ministry.

4. Ministry and Educational Information

The Patriarchs Huddle provides Christian teaching, encouragement, training, and general educational information.

Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Members remain responsible for decisions they make based upon their individual circumstances.

5. Our Content

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided by The Patriarchs Huddle— including videos, courses, written resources, downloads, graphics, training materials, and other original content—belong to The Patriarchs Huddle or are used with permission.

Membership gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal participation and development.

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our materials without written permission.

Churches holding an active Church License may use materials to the extent specifically permitted by their license.

6. Third-Party Services

The Patriarchs Huddle uses third-party technology and service providers to operate its programs. These may include community platforms, payment processors, email providers, website services, and automation systems.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

7. Membership Changes and Termination

Individual memberships may be subject to the pricing, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown when purchased.

Church-sponsored membership may end if the church removes the participant, reduces its available seats, allows its license to expire, or otherwise ends its participation.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or conduct that materially harms the community or ministry.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We hope The Patriarchs Huddle strengthens members, families, churches, and relationships. However, individual results will vary.

We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, relational, ministry, financial, or other outcome from participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Patriarchs Huddle and its operators, leaders, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated ministry organizations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in or inability to access the program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as The Patriarchs Huddle develops. Material changes will be communicated or posted through our website, portal, or community where reasonably appropriate.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
