The Patriarchs Huddle respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains in straightforward language how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you participate in our programs.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you participate, we may collect information such as:
- your name and email address;
- church or organization affiliation;
- membership and account information;
- membership role, such as member, captain, or church administrator;
- payment and transaction information;
- communications you send to us;
- participation or account activity necessary to administer the program; and
- information you voluntarily provide through our community, forms, surveys, or support requests.
Payment-card information is generally processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by The Patriarchs Huddle.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to operate The Patriarchs Huddle, including to:
- create and manage memberships;
- provide access to the Church Portal and online community;
- administer church licenses and membership seats;
- send invitations and account-related messages;
- provide ministry resources, training, events, and communications;
- provide customer support;
- process payments where applicable;
- maintain the security and integrity of our systems; and
- improve our programs and services.
We do not sell members' personal information.
3. Church-Sponsored Memberships
If your membership is sponsored or administered by a participating church, authorized church administrators may have access to information reasonably necessary to manage their church's membership, such as your name, email address, membership status, role, and participation-related administrative information.
Church administrators should use this information only for legitimate administration of their Patriarchs Huddle participation.
4. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help operate The Patriarchs Huddle. These may include providers for community hosting, websites, payment processing, email delivery, automation, data hosting, and related technology.
Personal information may therefore be processed by service providers outside your province or country, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
We provide or permit access to information only as reasonably necessary for these providers to perform their services for us.
5. Skool and Other Platforms
The Patriarchs Huddle community may operate through Skool or another third-party community platform.
When you create or use an account on a third-party platform, that provider may independently collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
6. Communications
We may send you membership-related emails, invitations, service announcements, ministry updates, and other communications connected with The Patriarchs Huddle.
Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe.
Important administrative messages relating to your account or membership may still be sent when necessary.
7. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information.
However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or disclosure will never occur.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate records, and protect the legitimate interests of the ministry.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending upon applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we maintain about you.
You may also contact us about deletion of your information or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, financial, security, or legitimate administrative purposes.
10. Children
The Patriarchs Huddle is intended for adults and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.
Members should use appropriate judgment and obtain necessary permission before posting identifiable personal information, photographs, stories, or other information about children or grandchildren in the community.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our ministry, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version will be made available through our website or membership system.
